Internet slang used to describe a thing such as a movie, videogame, piece of art, design, etc, as being bland and uninspiring

Example:

John: Modern entertainment is Soulless and lacks creativity, things were made with passion back then.
Rob: Damn right

David: This city looks so Soulless.
