A phrase used by southerners

(especially in Texas).

It’s used when:

1. Someone didn’t understand / hear
3. Someone heard you just fine but didn’t like what you just said / is surprised what you just said.

Meemaw: Billy wake up! You forgot to talk the dog for a walk last night!
Billy: Do what???
