[The South]

The South is a distinct regional area in the United States that carries a wide variety of denotations. Specifically, it consists of the upper and deeper south. The arrangement goes something like this: Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. In short, it is characterized and remembered by its infamous history and position in the Civil War. The South will continously be stereotyped for being the epitomy of drunk hicks and rednecks dancing around a campfire having an overt weeny roast. Nevertheless, The South is an extremely viable region of the United States in terms of economic contributions and retains an irrefutably strong sense of pride.

Don't judge me because of my Southern drawl. The perception you're seeing is that I'm stupid. The reality is that I'm from The South.
