What can I do sometimes

The phrase was used by a former national team coach (Fatih Terim) in an interview. Though grammatically wrong, it entered the Turkish daily language as a way of meaning "there is nothing to do about this" and it is being used in English.

X: Abi internet çalışmıyor, maili atamıyorum. (Dude, the internet is not working. I can't send the mail)
Y: What can I do sometimes.
