Who's go two thumbs?

Short version of a phrase made popular on the TV show "Scrubs":
"Who's got two thumbs and don't give a shit? Me, Bob Kelso!"

When someone tells you something you don't care about, you say, "Who's go two thumbs?"

If something not very important is made into a 'big deal', you can say: "Who's got two thumbs?"
