In World of Tanks Blitz:

Mostly used by APAC (Asia Pacific) region players to describe bad/skill issue. Found in chat when the player gets salty/dies first, especially light tanks. Normally used by players that do not know much English and has limited vocabulary. Must not be confused with the kind nature of actual dogs, as the dog here does not refer to a compliment.

Decent English - That Grille 15 was a complete useless dog, camped and did 0 damage wtf.

Not very decent English - Grille 15 useless dog.
