An open hand slap across the cheekbone which often catches its recipient by surprise and can render him/her in a paralyzed state.

When Uncle Tony found out I stole an eraser from school, he gave me a tamacho.

Boomerang

Due to an injury of a leg or hip, a person walks or waddles with uneven steps, eventually landing them right back where they started.

Jim: What the hell took you so long to hike a mile?
John: I was following that "boomerang" you call a girlfriend. Ever since she stress fractured her hip, she walks around in circles. We passed the same tree 4 times. I kicked her in the other leg so she'd walk straight and thats how we finally made it here!!
