A bald middle aged man that plays video games for a group of people that despises and taunts him constantly. A Cumbo will have an obsessions with vasectomies and calling those around him 'Little Billy' (thanks to his early onset dementia).

Cumbo told a chatter to go get a vasectomy again, he's so easy to taunt.
