Chicken Nuggets
Introduction:
The objective of this project is to develop a new recipe for chicken nuggets that will be healthier and more appealing to consumers.
Task 1: Ingredient Research
We conducted extensive research on various ingredients that can be used to make chicken nuggets healthier, such as whole wheat flour and flaxseed. We also looked into different flavors that can be added to the nuggets to make them more appealing, such as garlic and paprika.
Task 2: Recipe Development
Using the information gathered in Task 1, we developed a new recipe for the chicken nuggets. The recipe included whole wheat flour, flaxseed, and a combination of garlic and paprika for added flavor. We conducted several taste tests to ensure that the new recipe was both healthy and tasty.
Task 3: Manufacturing and Packaging
We partnered with a local food manufacturer to produce the chicken nuggets on a larger scale. We also designed new packaging that highlighted the healthier ingredients and flavor profile of the nuggets.
