It is a descreit/backwards way to say 'big ol fake tits'.

A woman with huge breasts and a small, tiny figure. That one can probably conclude that her breasts are fake; one would describe her as a woman with 'tig ol fig bitties'.

My friends were talking about girls and their appearance. Next thing i know my friend says, "yeah, she has titolbitties". I was like--what?! and then all of my friends in me group were like, "you dont know what that mean?" It is the backward form of saying 'Big ol Titties' if you want to be descreit.

or
