1. A often unconscious precision with which individuals unknowingly plan, memorize and strategically insert a series of exaggerated dramatic events into their lives.

2. A behaviour requiring considerable effort, care and nurturing, infusing every moment of the day, invading every conversation, impeding every action and creating pain and suffering for those who could otherwise be leading happy lives.

3. The single most practiced methodology to cover up immaturity and fear, used by human beings to keep themselves separate and protected from others playing the game of life 'safely' - void of excitement, happiness, community and joy.
