Hurricane Camille

A category V hurricane (Winds at least approx. 157 mph). It's winds topped at 175 mph and with a low pressure of 900 millibars, Camille was the strongest hurricane in the 1969 Atlantic hurricane season and the strongest hurricane ever to make landfall in the United States second to the 1935 Labor Day Hurricane. It made landfall in coastal Mississippi, where it flattened almost everything near the coast and weakened to a Tropical Storm until it crossed the atlantic coast near Norfolk.
