Originally standed for "Crazy Gamer", but now, it stands for "Cuter Gamer", but sometimes the old version is used too.
This does not mean they arent crazy.

CR-501 stands for CuteR-501. 501 is added as it is a cute number. Might also stand for "ComputeR-501" as most CR-501's are robots.
Person : Wow, are you a CR-501?
CR-501: yes
