Double Bang is when something so good happens, that you get an instant erection. Thus loosing all blood pressure in your head (:brain).
The double bang occurs when both your erection and your head hits the table surface.

person 1: wow, that was on great achievement
person 2: Yeah!! A double bang, my head's still sore....
