Through

The act of passing into another state. In reference to time, "through" is often used to establish the opening and closing of boundaries, as in May through August, or Monday through Thursday. In business, "through" is used to describe actions that must be completely by EOD, which is universally acknowledged as 5:00 PM MST (as referenced in the 1980 American comedy film, "9 to 5," starring Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Dolly Parton).

"We will be accepting form submissions through Wednesday, February 23." "Does that mean by 5:00 PM MST?" "Yes, Cortni. That's exactly what it means."

Rubberneck

To snap your head forward then quickly backward, often with your upper torso, often accompanied by arms splayed outward and forward as if they were wings. Used to intimidate another.

“Ashley likes to rubberneck family members to harass them.”
