Gangsta shit is when you go out to a bar/restaurant and do not pay for the meal/drinks by running away. Takes much practice.

Tom: Hey man, wanna go for a few drinks?
Matt: Sorry mate, I'm broke.
Tom: It's ok, there's always a gangsta shit.
