when somebody is too drunk and angry to say the word angry, so instead use the word "angy". Usually said by big muscly guys who spend their life in the gym and think they are hard.

"DO NOT JUMP ON MY KITCHEN TABLE, MY PARENTS WILL BE VERY ANGY"
