Hog down

To devilishly rub a dirty body part, such as one's butt or scrotum, on an object that somebody else will eventually touch to their face so as to figuratively rub one's balls/butt on that person.

If you really hate that dude you should hog down his mobile phone, he left it sitting right there on the bar.
