Someone who constantly shattles on others

Frank: "Did you Brett blew up the bathroom down the hall again!"
Tom: "Are you the bathroom police or just a shattletale?"

Shattle

A combination of the words shat + tattle. To tell a person about someone else's dump or blowing up of a bathroom.

Frank: "I didn't even go into the bathroom yesterday, but I could smell Brett blowing it up in there!"
Tom: "Didn't you shattle on Bill last week? These guys are gross!"
