OPA is the name given to the holy diety worshipped by the S.C.C. (Swag City Crew).

OPA is often used as a greeting between S.C.C. members.

Not much is known about OPA, though followers often leave illustrations of him in notebooks, bathrooms stalls, and anywhere else one feels the need to display him.
