When one feeds one's cats and must extract that last little bit from the container with the side and tip of a finger. One then inadvertently scratches ones nose for the self infliction of the fishy sanchez.
One can also inflict the fishy sanchez to others as a punishment for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
