Hugo

A manipulative, pathological liar dick head. Who also enjoys watching best gore videos because he's a weirdo. He enjoys seeing people who care for him, hurt. He's usually the reason why they're crying. Hugo has a type of pennywise forehead too. Hugo also loves making enemies with everyone.
