An occurrence when one goes to the beach and retains an abnormal amount of sand in the gooch area, usually causing pain or irritation.

I went surfing for five hours the other day and was rocking a sandy bridge all the way home" or "Just banged that chick on the beach, and now I've got a gnarly sandy bridge going on.
