Bruffle

(~ noun.) A word used originally in Barbados to describe a 'gathering' or 'get together' at which the female:male ratio ideally 2:1 - or more; usually involving alcohol and possibly music.

A bruffle is commonly abbreviated as 'a bruff' for conversational fluidity.

Shanelle: "Hey, are you guys going to the bruffle later?
Rachel: "You bet we are!"

Jonesman: 'Yo, part de men is?'
De men: 'We in de bruff.'
