Brain rot and mental fog due to exposure to certain communities (ie the boykisser community) that use :3 and other "cutesy" phrases, this self image of being cutesy and silly causing mental fog and lack of focus is called being Colon 3ed

Person 1: "Did you hear Dan got colon 3ed and dropped out of collage"
Person 2: "Wasn't he going to be a climate scientist"

Colon 3ed

Being exposed to boykisser/:3/silly communities, constantly saying things like "nyah" or "rawr" or ":3" and getting terminal mind fog from it

Person 1: "Did you here Dylan got Colon 3ed, made him drop out of college"
Person 2: "Oh no, he was going to be a climate scientist"
