Bay Area Broke™

An individual or family that makes over $250k a year but can't afford to live in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Also applies to giving >=50% of your income to housing. A perception that you have no money by driving an old Prius but you own a home >=$2M.

I have to drive a Prius to work in two hour traffic at 5am to my $350k tech job so I can afford a decent sized home in the bay that costs $2M. I really hate being Bay Area Broke™!

Hujan

A person that modifies their mass production car with high performance race parts but only takes it to Cars and Coffee or to the office. Also includes anyone constantly swapping out parts for other parts perceived to be higher performing so the car is never "ready" for anything other than making another appointment to swap out coilovers, yet again.

Very close relative of Hard Parker but chasing imagined performance gains constantly
