Stupid Monkey

A weed (marijuana) hang-over. When recovering from getting way too stoned or roofied, you say, "Stupid Monkey!" as an exclamation of how you feel, as if you are passing the blame to a monkey instead of yourself.

Oh man I got so stoned last night, I feel like shit now... Stupid Monkey!!
