Henrik is a cringe person. A person that sometimes makes you feel second-hand embarrasment. To do a Henrik is to do something that makes other people cringe.
Person 1: Man I just did something cringe in front of this girl
Person 2: What'd you do man?
Person 1: I just embarrassed myself and told her she had beautiful hair out of nowhere and now she thinks I hit on her.
Person 2: Man you just did a Henrik LMAO!
To do a "Henrik" is to do something that is really embarrassing not only for you but also for other people. When you do a "Henrik" other people will cringe and feel alot of second hand embarrassement.
Person 1: Man I just embarrassed myself big time in front of this girl I just met.
Person 2: What'd you do man?
Person 1: I told her she had nice-looking hair and asked if I could smell it because I liked it so much.
Person 2: Man you just did a Henrik, ouch that's cringe!
