What you call someone who you really dislike, but have to show the contrary. Also used when wanting to avoid heavy profanities coming out of one's mouth.

The word was created in the early '20s during the pandemic induced surge in rental properties prices, where landlords and real estate agencies alike could take advantage of young people anxiously searching for homes to live in.
