Used to describe a malfunction of the Microsoft Bitlocker technology which, when malfunctioning, locks the user out of their device. Used often in the IT world.

Ryan: Yeah. I have not been able to work all day. Been looking at cat videos.
"Out tasker circle": used to describe a seemingly endless loop of exchanging pleasantries between two associates of the same organization from different regions of the worlds. The cause is clashing cultural norms and not wanting to be rude. Occurs almost exclusively via an electronic messaging application such as Jabber or Skype.
