Niragi is the best yet the worst character in the Netflix series/manga.
!!!SPOILER ALERT!!!

Good things he did: is hot

Bad things he did: almost raped Usagi, wanted to kill Arisu, wanted to kill Chishiya, killed a lot of people, shot Chishiya twice (1st time in his shoulder intentionally, 2nd time in his stomach? unintentionally), wanted to shoot Usagi (but Chishiya took the bullet), wanted to kill a guy but then he found out that the guy wants to die so he didnt kill him

Bad/sad things that happened to him: was bullied in high school, was set on fire by Chishiya, fell off of a building while being on fire, was bitten in his tongue, was shot by Arisu
