These dickheads will even go as far as pulling a bicyclist over, but are too scared to run off the bums around the corner who make a public nuisance of themselves by living, sleeping, and getting drunk on public property.

See that bacon bitch hiding behind that tree there? He pulled a friend of mine over who was biking to work the other day.
