When a person, usually female, wants to loose a little bit of weight without having to stop eating large consumptions of ice cream. In most cases, the person replaces balanced meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) with ice cream, that way their calorie intake is smaller than usual and they still get to eat tons of ice cream. 5 to as much as 15 pounds can be lost from this diet, however, be warned that the diet is known for its unhealthiness. Many people lack basic nutrition in this diet, and often find themselves tired all the time and dizzy.
