A extremly religious city in Jerusalem that is known for being very conservative. It is filled with Haredi Jews that will woop your ass if you break a jewish rule or expose too much skin.

I got my ass kicked in Mea Sharim because i am a reform jew.

When someone takes a shit in the upper part of the toilet so that next person to flush gets a shitty surprise

I think my prankster cousin took an upper dumper in my toilet before he left last night, i flushed the toilet my piss was gone only to be replaced with diarrhea-water.
