that's gas

used to indicate feeling amused, but also sometimes used to indicate you think something is strange (and funny).

Guy_1:"I was still drunk this mornin' when I woke up."
Guy_2:"That's gas."
Guy_1:"And then I got sick on my mom..."
Guy_2:"Actually, that's gas!"
