green mile

A mile long straight walkway inside of an amazon facility marked with green tape on the floor, usually starting at the front doors and leading through out the entire facility to most departments.

Sally: Where’s the HR office?
Jack: On the green mile!

New hire: Is the green mile actually a mile long?
Manager: Yes, it’s a literal mile.
