1) When you have a fight with someone and knock them out, to make the person even more humilliated, you poop repeatedly over them.

2) Anyone with the surname Brown is puched/KO/knifed/SMGed/sniped etc.

1) Fred had really pissed of Tom so Tom knocked out Fred. To really get his revenge he did a massive shit on his face and Fred was really BROWN AND OUT.

2) Person 1: Someone punched Gordon Brown at the weekend.

Person 2: I bet he was BROWN AND OUT
