Stamp licker

A medical condition (usually self inflicted or self induced) resulting in a patient vegetative state where the tongue hangs out of mouth and drools constantly.

Doofus stopped taking his blood pressure medicine and had a major stroke causing him to be a stamp licker now.

Ditzy was texting and driving when she wrecked her car and was thrown through the windshield. Now she's nothing but a stamp licker
