When someone says they will go then when you call them back later they dont pick up the phone.

j&m&t: "whats up fool, the whole crew is rolling ou tonite you down?!?!?"
rr: "yea im down, call me when you get there, let me know how it is."
later that night.....
j&m&t:"where is rr at..call that dude...(ringing, voice mail picks up) this is rr i cant come to the phone right now........."
