good replacement for calling someone a demeaning name. Also, can be a term of endearment.

Bob: Wow you suck at basketball!
Jim: You are worse you lil' nuggit.

Bob: Here I got you a burger.
Jim: Wow! Thanks you good ole' nuggit.
