someone who knowingly puts people at risk of getting covid because they insist on going about their regular activities after knowing they have coronavirus, totally disregarding the safety and health of others

My mom has covid and she still went to the grocery store. She's a total Covid Trump. (Like the way someone who unknowingly spreads a disease is called a typhoid Mary)
