Any assistance where a ticket process is involved for assistance, but individuals circumvent the setup in place cause they think they are special.
With so many people trying to avoid standard practices, I ask them up front.. Ticket or Flip it....
A person or group that will do anything not to take responsibility by any means possible. Other characteristics are asleep on the job, procrastinating, neglectful, unconcerned, indifferent, dilatory, inattentive, careless, unready, unpersevering, lethargic, lifeless, and lackadaisical.
Those customer service reps are such pusher backers, that you might as well not call at all.
