Sushi that is way too pretty or feminine. Usually characterized by high mayonnaise content and bowls flooded with soy sauce. Sushi, also tends to be low in raw fish content. Midwesterns love this stuff.

Why pay top dollar for foo-foo sushi that is basically like tuna fish rolled in rice.
