These people have an unhealthy obsession and will stop at nothing to get attention. These people have no lives; their celebrity obsession is their priority/occupation/etc... (figuratively, that was a joke kinda)

2. A girl who has a firm grasp on her emotional investments and can laugh and joke about her infatuation with a celebrity. These people have a healthy fascination, are able to lead normal lives, and will probably be better off in this world...
