bideting

A sexual act in which a person squats over the face of a second person, who has a mouthful of water. The second person then spits out the mouthful of water into the first person's genital and/or anal area, similar to how a bidet would be used.

The initial cleanliness of the first person's groin and/or anus can vary based on both parties' personal tastes.
