Abbreviation for "Pull a Miley" (as in Miley Cyrus). Commonly used towards teenage girls who go from good to bad. Or for people who try Salvia for the first time and let their friends post it all over the internets.

Guy1: Man... I need to get my hands on some salvia!
Guy2: DON'T P.A.M.!
