kinda ghetto... not REALLY, but used 2 be known 4 its crack selling... it kind of cleaned up a while ago, but its sort of going back down "that path" again... average amount of public drug use... could use more police surveillance

manhattan valley would be so much cooler if some cops could WATCH IT A LIL BETTER!!!
