Collectively, male East, Middle, and South As-ians and Caucas-ians. Usually meant in reference to the common (privileged) demographic often found in Bay Area tech companies, that profess believing in "all lives matter" and "meritocracy".

That new unicorn startup professes diversity but their entire leadership team is just a bunch of Ians.
