boo shaal

a nickname given to somebody when you are frustrated with them, or when thy are acting like a complete and total loser.
Another reason to call somebody a boo shaal is when your upset with them or when they are acting stupid.

Ken: yo get me some chips

Kelly: stop acting like such a boo shaal
Ken: whaaaaaa ?
