A man who's scrotum/ballsack are above his penis, instead of below the penis. It is a term generally used by people named Toby and Gabe. It can be surgically removed.

Guy 1: Hey man, I never told you this, but I had a Jift until I was 7 years old.
Guy 2: Oh Shit! What happened to it?
